First, always, with dedicated tools that never touch paint. Barrels and faces both — a clean wheel face over a filthy barrel is a photo, not a detail.
What it is
Wheels, tires and arches come first, before a drop of water touches the paint. That is the dirtiest part of the car, and doing it last just puts brake dust back onto panels you have already washed.
Then a foam bath to soften and lift what is loose, a proper contact wash, decontamination to pull out what washing alone will not, a hand dry and a sealant. Tires and trim dressed, exterior glass cleaned, exhaust tips done.

What's included
Every exterior detail, every time
Foam and contact wash
A foam bath softens and lifts the loose grit so the wash mitt is not dragging it across your clear coat. Then a proper two-bucket contact wash, top down.
Decontamination
Washing does not remove everything. Bonded contaminants come off chemically and mechanically, which is what leaves the paint genuinely smooth rather than just clean.
Dry, seal and dress
Hand dried so it does not spot, sealed for gloss and beading, then trim and tires dressed to a finish that looks factory rather than wet.

Questions, answered
A wash and seal will not. Scratches and swirl marks need machine polishing — that is a paint correction, and it is part of the ceramic coating job or can be quoted on its own.
On request. It is not part of a standard exterior detail because it needs a different approach and more time, so mention it when you book.
The sealant gives you real gloss and beading for a few months depending on how the vehicle lives. If you want years rather than months, that is a ceramic coating.
Not necessarily. We just need access to the vehicle and somewhere to park it. Plenty of customers leave the keys and come back to a finished car — we'll text you when we're done.
No. The van comes with its own water and power, so we can work at your house, your apartment complex or your office without plugging into anything of yours.
