What it is
Everything that isn't bolted down comes out, then the whole cabin gets vacuumed — seat rails, under the seats, the seat seams people never reach. Fabric gets shampooed and extracted; leather gets cleaned and conditioned rather than sprayed with something shiny.
Vents, screens, cupholders and door pockets are done by hand, glass is cleaned inside, and the car goes back smelling like nothing at all — which is the point. Air freshener is what people use to cover a cabin that has not actually been cleaned.

What's included
Every interior detail, every time
Vacuum and agitate
Carpets and upholstery get agitated to lift what has been walked into the fibres, then vacuumed properly — including the rails, the seat backs and the boot.
Fabric or leather, treated differently
Cloth gets shampooed and hot-water extracted so the dirt leaves the car rather than moving around it. Leather gets a pH-safe clean and a conditioner that soaks in matte, not greasy.
Hard surfaces and glass
Dash, console, door cards, vents and screens by hand with the right brush for each. Interior glass last, so nothing lands on it afterwards.

Usually a lot of it, sometimes all of it. Extraction pulls most food, drink and mud out of fabric. Dye, ink and anything that has bleached the fibre is a different problem — send a photo first and you'll get a straight answer instead of a surprise on the day.
Yes, and it is worth flagging when you book because it adds real time. Hair that has woven itself into carpet has to be lifted mechanically before a vacuum will touch it.
A car in normal shape is a few hours. A large SUV, a work truck, or anything with kids and pets in it regularly takes longer — we'll give you a window when we quote.
Not necessarily. We just need access to the vehicle and somewhere to park it. Plenty of customers leave the keys and come back to a finished car — we'll text you when we're done.
No. The van comes with its own water and power, so we can work at your house, your apartment complex or your office without plugging into anything of yours.
